Policies
A deposit of 50% of final price is due before a project can begin, the remainder is due upon delivery of your piece.
Any type of wood finish inherently will wear overtime, no mater what type of product is used, so, that being said, no furniture carries a warranty of any kind on finish.
Minimum lead time on most projects (i.e. Dining Tables) is one month, and is dependent upon project and size.
Personal delivery is included for central California, outside that range, a shipping quote will be provided.
All items are subject to the 9.25% sales tax here in Santa Cruz, California.
